i was thinking of changing hometown abandoned buildings they will be remove in 1 year and the land will be restored to the way it was so we have space on hometown we need to make a list to keep track of people

I cannot agree with this, I recently had a friend come on after two years of being inactive. People will come back, and it wouldn't be fair to them.

In rare cases, abandoned buildings are removed if they belong to a banned player who has been banned for a sufficient length of time. If the owner of a build is not banned, their build will not be removed.
