You're not allowed to modify other player's builds without their express permission under any circumstances. Unclaimed or not. That is considered grief.
Additionally, you weren't honest when asked by EMC_ how you got down. You said you didn't know, but, logs clearly show you broke out. Which is also not allowed and considered trespassing.

As far as a 'joke', you're right, I didn't find it funny. There's not really any way for me to tell that I'm able to tell that you wouldn't just keep it. If it's not yours, don't touch.
I would like to see some effort and understanding about the rules. So please, 2-3 sentences for each question.

Why did you break out of the farm and remove the beacon?

Because it does not belong to me,Without the other persons permission it wrong cause they worked hard to build/get the resources.

If it doesn't belong to you dont take it.Yes i know i took something that i shouldn't of have,Wanted to joke around but,That was wrong from my side and i apologize

Because the property belongs to someone else,Its basically like invading someones privacy.
Why should you be honest?
There is no point in lying.With honesty you grow trust and with a server like this everyone is actually family(online based) as good friends.

Honestly i wanted to see how it was build(pigman farm).I replaced all,well most of them(blocks) until i fell down into a sugarcane farm, and decided to joke a bit around.I was wrong.broke the rules .
