Why should you be unbanned: The reason why I was banned was due to theft and I am extremely sorry I clearly didn't know if it was theft or not and it will not be repeated as I do not want to get banned as I will be buying a rank when I am unbanned, I really love playing this server and I do not want to keep the ban, I want to be unbanned and be happy and play Hometown everyday.

Why do you want to come back: I want to come back as I will be buying VIP2 and I really want to show people that I don't steal, I just didn't know that I wans't allowed to break it and I am extremely sorry, If I did do this theft or whaterver, I am guessing it was the Coal mine I mined it by accident then I placed it back as I had Silk touch, but  I wish to be unbanned from the server and continue my day in the SMP community.

You took from another players unlocked chest without permission. I would like at least 2 or more sentences per question. After I read your response we will consider unbanning you. 

1) Are you allowed add/delete/harvest anybody else's built blocks (not natural), fenced in plants or fenced in animals?

2) If a player is banned can you take over their build?

3) If a build is abandoned can you remove any part of it?

4) If you accidentally break another players block what should you do?

No, I am not allowed to add or delete or harvest, I will not repeat my mistake.

Obviously, not they can still apply at hometown forums on come back.

No, because it's still their claim.

I will call a staff member to help me out and place it back and say that it was a mistake.

I have learnt not to commit theft, which will not happen anymore, I promise.

You have been unbanned, Please do not take from chests that are not listed by the owner as public. I am not worried about the iron (as it was my iron) just about the lesson learned and not repeating it. Welcome back to HomeTown.
