Why should you be unbanned: I was simply exploring and found what I assumed to be an abandoned mine
that had a beacon. In addition to the beacon, there was a shulker box that I was able to open thus
why I had thoroughly assumed the mine and its contents were abandoned. So I took the beacon and the
shulker box. When placed in jail, I offered to return it and lagged out due to an unstable
connection on my end. Once I joined back, I was banned after I told Steasaur that I had lagged out.

Why do you want to come back: It a fun server with a great community.

In order for me to be sure you understand the rules before you return I would like you to answer the following questions:

1. When can you take items/materials from a build? 

2. If a build is abandoned can you claim A) the entire build, 
                                                                     B) just part of it or 
                                                                     C) none of it?

3. Why do you think that the rules are this way regarding other players property and builds?
