Why should you be unbanned (Why should we give you a second chance?): I wasn't xraying. I use vanilla java F3 piechart to help find entities/block entities. and saw end portal blocks a few chunks away in that direction. https://youtu.be/wsNU9jmGmyc

Why do you want to come back: Looks like a nice server, I like the economy and playerbase.

f3 piechart is a vanilla feature thats requires a lot of skill to use.

PPS: I don't know anything about servers but the reducedDebugInfo gamerule might prevent this from being an issue in the future.

It might be relevant for you to know I had already used the end warp before using the profiler graph to locate this stronghold. I had just rtped nearby saw it in the pie and was tempted to use the tool to locate it as a test.
I respect the way you run this community and honestly this isn't a feature I would abuse to gain an advantage.

If you would like to look at the 30 or so minutes of mining for diamonds in caves I did before this, then you should be satisfied no xray was used there.

I accept you were not using an x-ray pack in the traditional sense.

We have rules in place not to allow other vanilla mining methods, like block patterns or ore counting. While we knew about pie charts we did not have any rules in place about its use.

As a team we have voted that using pie chart, offers a player an unfair advantage and therefore we have banned its use.

As you were banned before this ruling, you are welcome to come back, if you agree and are willing to play in a vanilla fashion.
Without using the pie chart or other methods, to obtain items or to find locations.

Please reply that you accept these terms and so I can unban you.
