Why should you be unbanned (Why should we give you a second chance?): I am really sorry for stealing the 44 iron blocks. It was a bad decision that broke the server rules, and I take full responsibility for my actions. If I am given a second chance, I promise it will never happen again. I am more than happy to return the iron blocks immediately or grind to repay the player I took them from to make things right.
Why do you want to come back: I love playing on HometownMC and have put a lot of time into the server. I actually just got my elytra and was really excited to keep playing. Most importantly, I have great friends here whom I really miss. I want to come back to hang out with them and prove that I can be a trustworthy member of the community.

1) Are you allowed add/delete/harvest anybody else's built blocks (not natural), fenced in plants or fenced in animals? No, absolutely not. Doing any of that is considered griefing or stealing, even if it's just harvesting crops or taking animals. If it belongs to another player, it shouldn't be touched.
2) If a player is banned can you take over their build? No. Just because a player is banned doesn't mean their build becomes free real estate. Their builds and items still don't belong to anyone else, and only staff can decide what happens to them.
3) If a build is abandoned can you remove any part of it? No, you shouldn't touch it. Even if a build looks abandoned, it still belongs to the person who made it. You always have to ask a staff member before doing anything with an old or abandoned base.
4) If you accidentally break another players block what should you do? You should replace it immediately exactly how it was. If you can't fix it right away, you should leave a sign explaining what happened, apologize, and message the player or a staff member to let them know.
5) What have you learned from this experience? I learned that stealing completely breaks the trust in a community and ruins the game for everyone. Taking those iron blocks was a really dumb and selfish move, and it wasn't worth losing my progress, my elytra, and the chance to play with my friends. I've realized that respecting other players' time and hard work is the most important part of playing on a server.
