Are you kidding me? You and your friend need patience. You literally posted this just about an hour ago. The less patience you have, you can bet you're going to wait longer for a response from Grimm. As I said on your friend's appeal, he's busy irl and will get back to you when he has the time. Could be ten minutes, could be days.
