Oshakai, I'm glad to find somebody else here that loves to cook.  I'm an outdoor cooking fan, emphasis on Dutch oven cooking.  I have a published cookbook - Everything's Better in a Dutch Oven , written in journal form, with some of my favorite recipes, and what I was doing when I made them.

I do cooking demonstrations for a sporting goods store here in the USA.  Here are some pics of my most recent Dutch oven cooking.
