Not a complete list, as some commands are listed in-game by using /help, /lwc, etc..
Please post any useful ones you know of that aren't listed here and I'll edit them in.
If I've made any errors, please correct me.
General
/help - displays help text
/rules - displays the HomeTown rules
/vote - displays website links to vote for hometown
/vr - shows your total vote count
/balance - display your current hometown currency balance
/pay <username> <amount> - pay hometown currency to another player
/buyclaimblocks - use your balance to buy claim blocks
/afk - toggles your away from keyboard status on and off
/craft (or /workbench) - opens a 3x3 crafting interface
/who (or /list) - list players currently online
/motd - displays message of the day
/dc help - list Death Cube information
/depth - shows how close to sea level you are
/getpos - shows details about your position in the world
Chat & Mail
/seen <username> - shows how long since a player was online
/ignore <username> - mutes a player in the text chat
/unignore <username> - unmutes a player in the text chat
/realname <nickname> - shows the username of someone using a nickname
/msg <username> <message> (or /m or /w) - sends a private message
/r <message> - quick reply to the last person who messaged you
/mail send <username> <message> - send mail
/mail read - read mail
/mail clear - clear mail
Teleporting
/sethome - set your main home
/sethome <home name> - set extra homes
/home - teleport to main home (or lists your homes if you have more than one)
/home <home name> - teleport to home
/delhome <home name> - delete a home
/warp <location> - teleport to location
/tpa <username> - ask to teleport to a player
/tpahere <username> - ask a player to teleport to you
/tpaccept (or /tpyes) - accept teleport request
/tpdeny - deny teleport request
/randman (or /rand) - teleports you to a random location
/trapped - teleports you to the edge of a land claim
Warp Signs
If you're VIP or high enough rank, you may create clickable warp signs:

Server Warps
/spawn - hometown's world spawn point
/warp vote - learn about voting and ranks
/warp protect - learn about land claims
/warp shop (or /warp market) - HomeTown's official shop
/warp tutorial - the tutorial quiz for new players
/warp w1 - the old 'cablecar' tutorial quiz
/warp htfarm - communal multi-produce farm: ALWAYS REPLANT!
/warps - lists every warp currently available (lots of pages!)
Security
/lock - locks a chest / door / gate etc.
/unlock - unlocks a chest / door / gate etc.
/cmodify - instructions for modifying protections
/cprivate /cpublic - modify individual blocks
/cpersist - toggles your commands persisting (whatever that means!)
/lwc - protection commands list
/cdonation - allow players to place items in an unlocked chest but not remove them
/claimslist - displays all your land claims and how many blocks you have left to spend
/at <username> (or /accesstrust) - gives a player access to your bed, buttons & levers
/containertrust <username> - allow that player to access chests, villagers, etc.
/containertrust all - allow public access to chests, villagers, etc.
/trustlist - displays a list of trust types & permissions for the claim you're standing in
/help griefprevention - lists various commands relating to claims & permissions
/ht - display horse tools commands
Shop Chest Signs
Place a sign onto a chest by placing while crouching.
Example format:
LINE 1 - RetroSteveUK [your exact user name]
LINE 2 - 16 [sell/buy 16 items in each transaction]
LINE 3 - B 1 : S 0.5 [they pay 1 dollar / you'll pay 50 cents]
LINE 4 - Egg [item you're selling]
Just put the B if all you want to do is sell stuff. The S is optional.
You can leave out your user name; it'll be entered automatically if you've set up the shop correctly.
If item name is too long, use the commands below to get shorter ID's and enter those instead.
/iteminfo - get item codes for the item in your main hand
/itemdb - same as above, but provides even more information
/cstoggle - toggle messages regarding your shops
/csversion - displays current version of chestshop plugin
VIP Commands
/artmap - opens up the artmap interface
/fly - activate flying
/d - disguises (currently glitching)
/pet - pet options
/back - use after teleporting or death to return to previous location
/nick - nickname options
/kit color - receive instruction book for in-game colors
/kit firework - receive custom fireworks
Colors (for VIP)
Insert the following codes before text to alter colors.
