Mind you, I did not start this thread to bad mouth staff. As a rule, I feel our staff is effective at handling problems that come up and usually in a timely manner. I also understand, as do many on the server, that some staff can be easily reached via a message on Discord. However, I sometimes feel like pulling a staffie from whatever else they are doing to come handle a troll, greifer, or the like, is invasive to them. They are doing something else at that moment and I, personally, am not always comfortable asking them to stop what they are doing to come deal with these things.
