I always remember thunderstorms on single player and thought they were kind of cool. I tried using /pweather thunder, /pweather storm and nothing makes thunder, Just rain. It might just be a plugin or maybe there are thunderstorms and I don't notice them. I also talked to some people on the server about it and they didn't really know.
