VIP3 is 45, the prices change once you buy each rank so that if you buy VIP1, VIP2 will be $10 less. I set minimum prices for each rank after the cumulative discount and VIP3 is set at $15 for the minimum price so that VIP2s can purchase it for 15 if they already have VIP2. Your prices are just updated to show each of the minimum price after cumulative discount.
