We watched as you took your time removing redstone blocks and then took the diamond blocks at another players build. This ban had nothing to do with the caps you were using at the time and everything to do with the grief. There was no "accident" here except for your choice to steal blocks from another players build. The fact that another player needs someone will not effect my decision to protect the rule abiding players of HomeTown from players that break the rules. 

In order for you to be considered for being unbanned I will want at least 2 sentences per question.

1) Can you add/delete/harvest anybody else's built blocks (not natural), fenced in plants or fenced in animals?

2) Once you know a build exists,
2a) can you walk through the area?
2b) change the landscape within 100 blocks of that build?

3) If a player is banned can you take over their build?

4) If a build is abandoned can you remove any part of it?

5) If you accidentally break another players block what should you do?

6) Why you took the blocks?

7) What have you learned from this experience?
