Some players wish that the only public access point to their build be via their warp as the rules to their warp point may change or the actual structure/warp of their build may change. Else the owner of the build may just want to have privacy for his or her build. Regardless of the reasons, if the owner distinctly indicates that unauthorized sethomes are prohibited in their build, you must respect that.

If he or she suspects a person has set a home in their build, the owner of the build may request a mod/admin to look through the said person's home. Setting a home within a person's build against their will, is punishable.
