1. If a structure is unclaimed, can I steal from it?
No, because someone worked hard on it and it would be wrong to take from others.
2. Why is stealing bad & how does it affect other players?
Stealing is bad because it takes away from people who earned the items

Not to steal from people/places ever again and follow the rules and guidelines
