Are you allowed to kill anyones fenced in animals even unclaimed?

Are you allowed to remove or modify any builds that aren't yours even if they look abandoned?

When using public farms, are you allowed to leave the farm without replanting?

Are you allowed to take crops from people's personal farms, even if you replant?
