Ah I see now I apologize I thought that it was abandoned as it did not have a claim set for it. I can return the diamonds if necessary and will not tamper with any buildings no matter the temptation to break them down.

Please re-read the rules and answer the following questions
Rules: https://hometownmc.com/forums/showthread.php?tid=13

I would like at least 2 or more sentences per question. After I read your response we will consider unbanning you.

1) Are you allowed add/delete/harvest anybody else's built blocks (not natural), fenced in plants or fenced in animals?
Under rule 1 subsection A no. I may not break anything dependent on time, location or occupancy of the building, crop or pet unless allowed by the owner's allowence.

2) If a player is banned can you take over their build?
Also rule 1 subsection A and rule 6 subsection F and G No. Unless stated by the owner that that player may take over there claim they cannot take over that build. If it does interfier with an expansion of a town or large build it's up to the dicresstion of staff.

3) If a build is abandoned can you remove any part of it?
No. Under Rule 1 Subsection A it prohibits the modification of any build that is not owned or trusted to that player. In the case that it needs to be removed it is up to staff to remove it under their guidlines.

4) If you accidentally break another players block what should you do?
Under rule 1 subsection A and slightly within the conduct of rule 2  the best course of action would be to replace the block immidatly. If the person in question is cross with that player the best course of action is to talk it out with them and either come to an agreement or an apology.

5) What have you learned from this experience?
Adherience to the rules is important in keeping the structure of hometown reliably and without undo problems. I have personally learned to stay away from other's builds/livestock and only modify them when I have permission.
