Also, as a clarification: There are usually only 20 winners, however there can be more (refer to Note*1). To be eligible for rewards, participants must meet the minimum monthly vote count requirement AND be within the Top 20. Both of these conditions must be met, but there are some exceptions.

Note*1: The following content is with regards to the eligibility for rewards. 

There are some exceptions to the number of voters:

1. The last page of the Enjin site has a chance to display alternate ranking order if there is a tie, and so some names may be exempted. This issue is being looked into. 
   
2. There are more than 20 participants reaching the minimum monthly vote count.
   

Participants that have reached the minimum monthly vote count but have been excluded from the ranking order may appeal to be a eligible recipient for rewards if he or she can provide a timestamped (with date and time), non-doctored screenshot of his or her name on the ranking order. Please submit this proof (currently) to Hiyoko through Discord for a prompt reply, otherwise there will be delays.

However, providing a legitimate screenshot will not guarantee that the participant will be rewards recipient. Other factors will be considered. And usernames may be cross-checked with additional information. 

In the event that there are an excessive amount of usernames being excluded on the ranking order, changes may occur.
