It looks like it was just over 7 weeks since the staff team ruled to deny your first appeal, before you decided to appeal again, which is more than a few weeks at least, but if you feel that has been adequate time for you to reflect, then I'm happy to go through a new appeal with you. I will be handling your ban myself from here on out, as it was my ban after all.
I'm very glad to hear that in your time reflecting, you've acknowledged that your choices weren't the best, and you're owning up to them now. That was the major reservation the team held with your previous appeal, so I'm relieved we're past that now.
I'm sorry to hear that your takeaway from our interactions is simply that "we don't get along", as I always strive to treat all players equally and therefore enforce the rules equally as well, so the reason for your ban was not due to any particular bias against you for all that has happened... but you are entitled to your impression none the less.
I've brought your new appeal before the team again as I do still value their inputs, and while not all are certain about letting you return, I've taken into consideration everything that's been discussed throughout this entire ban and appeals process, and I've decided to give you a second chance. I'd like to give you the benefit of the doubt that your new appeal is sincere in wanting to make things right and show us a better representation of who you really are this time, and I'm looking forward to seeing you turn your words into actions.
I've also decided to unban your discord account as well, to save us both one more separate appeal. (Normally that would need to be a separate appeal.) Please keep in mind for future reference that we consider the #server-chat discord channel to essentially be equal in rules and enforcement to the in-game chat of the minecraft server, so the same in-game boundaries set by players should be respected from #server-chat as well despite the limitations of the discord bot plugin. I hope I don't need to explain more specifically what this means.
Welcome back to the server.
