Alright so to begin, you've already been banned for x-ray once and been unbanned. You've also been banned for evading your x-ray ban on your alt account .RamGamer70.



I believe the above conversation with Mel on the server is what you are referring too. I strongly believe this is you laying the groundwork for future rule breaking in an attempt to get away with it and get your 'cousin'/your alt to take the fall. 

If what you say is true you are clearly worried that your cousin may in fact break the rules so why would you trust him with your alt at all? Regardless of your intentions here your account is 100% your responsibility so if I were to believe what you say at the very least you've been negligent in protecting your account and 'my relation did it on my account' has never been an acceptable excuse.


The incident that led to this ban I will detail below, with reasons why I don't believe the story you messaged me or the story in this appeal.



You are on the server as usual chatting about money, nothing wrong so far but multiple players tell you to sell some diamond ores and I believe now is the time you can't resist using your alt to do just that, just not legitmatly and you immediately say that your brother wants to play on your alt. Strange, I thought it was your cousin by what you say?




Again, someone tells you to mine for diamonds and even gives the ok to sell to them. You then leave.




14 minutes later your alt joins.




Your alt is on the server for 15 minutes before logging out. It was during this time that the x-ray occurred and upwards of 70 ores were gathered.





Less that 2 minutes later your main account logs in and spends only 2 minutes online, just long enough to gather the diamond ores from a shared chest that your alt left.





Your alt logs back in for 2 minutes before logging off then your main logs in 4 minutes later and you continue to play as normal. 

From this point on no one is any the wiser to whats happened until I check the logs. 

So now let me address your claims.

1. That your cousin used your alt, even though at the time you said your brother was logging in. 

2. That you went to play cricket and it wasn't you. Well then how were there so short times between your cousin and you logging in and out of your respective accounts?

3. You say that you wouldn't x-ray again however I find it very difficult to believe that after your initial ban and unbanning that you wouldn't have given a stern talking to your cousin not to do the same thing as it might get you in trouble. Also am I to believe that on a shared device that your cousin would have installed a texture pack/mod etc, xrayed and then deleted it just before giving it back to you, because surely you would've noticed upon logging back in that you could see through blocks?

4. You say that your cousin put those ores in the chest and then logged in as you to sell them. Why on Earth would anyone go through all that trouble when they could just sell them from the same account, unless they were trying to cover up the fact it was in fact you who did it on your alt?



There are so many reasons your story doesn't add up and even if by some horrible series of events your tale is true the bottom line is that your account was not secured from your rule-breaking brother/cousin and the fact you asked about a future ban on one account at the very least means you knew he couldn't be trusted. 

Your story doesn't wash and as I said to you through PM's I would give you the option to appeal if you were 100% honest with me. I don't believe you have been and you are taking me and the rest of the staff team for fools.

Your appeal is therefore denied.
