Thank you for taking the time to write, I was surprised to hear from you ever again, but I appreciate your apology, as I was pretty taken aback at your response to me when I came to talk to you.

I know you say you weren't writing this as a way to get a ban appeal, but after discussing with the team over the past week+, we've decided to agree to allow you to appeal your ban if you were interested in doing so.
