The build in question (despite the fact the player has been offline for 1 Year)
The build is bigger than 10x10
They have used wood but also finished with glass windows etc.
The build has a finished foundation
They are not banned but have been offline for a Year.

So it does not currently meet requirements to be removed as a 'noob' hut.

I would have to ask that you find a new space which is 100 blocks away from this build.
You currently haven't built anything so I cannot yet justify removing this build.

You are more than welcome to request again when you have begun building :-)
