the server has zero tolerance for xray because it gives an unfair advantage and breaks the balance of the game
so you can get items easily just by mining for a few minutes that would normally take longer.

xray affects other players by making the game unfair its because its easier to by from shop owners by lowering the value of their items and it damages the server economy by making rare resources too common.
and others take longer to get the items they want because of actual hard work.

a second chance should be given because people can learn from their mistakes and i am truly sorry for breaking the rules even though i knew them i accept my balance. being set to 0 and all diamond and netherite items being taken and i want to prove i can follow the rules from now on.
