1) What is the impact that X-ray has on multiplayer survival servers like ours? Why is it disallowed?
X-ray gives a player access to resources much faster than normal gameplay allows, which creates an unfair advantage over other players who are progressing normally. On a multiplayer survival server, this affects the balance of the economy, trading, and overall progression because valuable resources are meant to require time and effort to obtain. It can also damage trust within the community, since players expect everyone to be playing under the same conditions. I understand that this is why it is disallowed, as it negatively affects both players and staff who then have to spend additional time investigating and resolving these situations.
2) How do you plan on making sure this doesn’t happen again?
I understand that as an Experienced player I should have known better, and I take responsibility for that. This situation made me realize the impact my actions had on the server and the community, and I do not want to be in this position again. Moving forward, I will make sure that my gameplay remains fair and within the server’s rules, and I am willing to rebuild progress properly and regain trust over time.
3) Do you understand that if you are unbanned, you are on a short leash, and that further punishment may result in a permanent ban?
Yes, I understand.
I also understand and accept that any diamonds, netherite, or balance gained during that time will be confiscated if I am unbanned.
