My apologies for the delay. A few things had come up and it took longer than usual. After speaking with the team, we're going to proceed with unbanning you. I do also want to make it clear that you ARE allowed to mine, you just need to not use any texture packs or mods that would give you an advantage.
As of me posting this, you are unbanned and all diamond/netherite items have been destroyed. Your balance has also been reset to $0.00. I also want to make it clear that if you break anymore rules, your next ban will not be easy to appeal and you will be required to write much more.
