Since you don't remember what happened, allow me to refresh your memory.


According to the server's logs, on November 4th, 2024, you used chorus fruit to get behind the wall where the slot token exchange machine was at /warp slots and stole from one of the barrels. 









I confronted you about this, but rather than ban you for the theft, I decided to give you a break and let you just return the items instead, so I gave you an exact list of what you had  stolen and needed to return:





From there you spent 17 minutes going around to different shops looking for slot tokens to buy, selling dirt to try to make some money to buy them, but then you were invited to join some players PvPing, and chose to go PvP instead of finishing collecting and returning the stolen items that you owed...





After 12 minutes of PvPing, I reminded you of what you were supposed to be doing...





So you went back to collecting dirt again, until your friends seemed to be having fun without you, so you decided to go back to where they were...





And then proceeded to spend your money buying art instead of making up for the stolen items that you owed...





I had been keeping an eye on you to make sure you stayed on task, but seeing as how you were once again off playing the game while you were still in trouble and supposed to be making up for your theft, it was at this point that I felt that my leniency with you was being taken advantage of, and so I decided to move forward with a ban instead.



I would also like to address your ban evasions at the same time, rather than make you appeal those separately, which is why you were jailed on the alt accounts instead of banned.

When you were initially banned on your java account flipolive968, you rejoined the server on your bedrock account .FlipOlive968 about 6 minutes later... You left right away, so I didn't ban for ban evasion at that time, I assumed you were just testing to see if it would even work to log in from another account.

You tried joining again from your bedrock account the next day, and left right away again...


Now, you mentioned that your original account flipolive968 has since been hacked and you no longer have access to it, and you have a new account FlipoliveMC_ (formerly FlipoMC_), which you used to join the server on October 12, 2025 while your ban was still in effect, and play for half a day before I was able to confront you. I tried to talk to you at that time, but you ignored me even while in jail, and then you left.

Instead of facing me, you joined on yet another account .FlipoMC5957, and tried to play on the server, at which time I promptly jailed you again to try to talk to you, and you ignored me again and logged out.


So here we are, 7 months later, you're still in jail, and I guess now you're finally ready to talk and own up to the very small crime that could've easily been solved on Day 1 if you'd made better choices.

I am happy to release you from jail, if you are willing to collect and hand over the items you stole originally: 1 deepslate diamond ore, 18 slot tokens, 28 more slot tokens, and 1 shulker box.
