Well, you better get a guidelines committee together because towns with 200 different styles look shit...
Nice idea, but I think the stress of having to deal with a huge number of residents would be annoying. Grief n such. Why not just a decorative feature that doesn't have residents? I personally have lots of problems in Seagard with people chopping trees, breaking the boundary line etc. I would join if I come back after the reset, if it was creative and if it was just for building, not for living in. Or at least if I wasn't part of the town admin team. But since it's not creative when I prefer creative, pass - I think if I return/stay on I'll work on a creative project in the old overworld, as it's pretty certain Option 2 will win.
