People could also use creepers for grief by leading them into towns, so that mods won't see logs of them destroying something. Public crop farms would also be an absolute nightmare since people would constantly break crops by jumping on them.

Actually, we see creeper grief too. And when people hop on farms. We see eeeeverything.
