We do give warnings for very minor offenses, depending on the severity of the rule violation. With that said we absolutely do not give warnings on rules violations as serious as xray, and considering that we have a list of rules immediately available from the moment you join via /rules and we make players go through a tutorial in order to join the server in the first place, players are made well aware of what is and isn't allowed.
