1)no,as they do not belong to me, i would expect someone to leave my stuff alone but i did not respect it on the other hand and i wish to apologize
2)possibly, if the admins say weather or not the person in question will ever be returning, if not ask the admins if so, leave it alone i guess
3)if a build is abandoned you should ask the owner first as if not you may end up accidentally destroying an important part of someone else's build 
4)if i were to accidentally break another players build i would if possible, return it to its original position, as now that i think about it I would like the same respect from my peers
5)i griefed the area because i thought it was public as i was allowed to warp there which made me think that it would be ok to take the blocks plus when i returned the blocks were back so i thought there as some type of plugin that enabled some kind of diamond farm
6)i have learned to not break placed blocks that i do not know who it belongs to
