May I suggest it not be the top voter but voters who vote over a certain amount go into a draw, sometimes we can't get on the computer for a day or two which then means why vote because we have no chance at catching up. I feel those that vote at least 20-25 days out of the month should go into a draw. So if you have to miss a day or two or can't vote every 12-24 hours you still have a chance at a prize.

That would give me a lot of competition though.
But that sounds more fair for the mayority of active players on the server.
