Not sure whats going on, I was kicked due to 'time out'.

Now I am unable to Log into the server. Gives the message:

io.netty.channel.abstractchannel$annotatedconnectexception: Connection refused: no further information:


is this happening for anyone else, or is it just me and my poopy computer?

yes sever is down and prob will be for awhile until frost restarts
