So around 6 months ago in January I was false banned for xraying. I appealed and eventually got unbanned, and I was told that to compensate for the time delay and misjudgment that I would be bumped up to VIP2. I got the rank on the server, but after being inactive for a few months I log back on and see that my VIP2 rank was removed for some reason. Can someone tell me if there was a specific reason for this and whether I can get it back? Thanks!

Have you changed your IGN?
Update: I see you have, that would be why the rank disappeared. It wasn’t removed, it just didn’t follow you to your new IGN. I can fix it when I log in next unless someone beats me to it.
