Only problem that I could potentially see is people altering other people's signs, but if that doesn't pose a problem, Im in.

After consideration and discussion with the other staff members, we have decided that this would be a problem for a couple reasons, the biggest reason being that the EditSign (/es) command doesn't leave logs upon using it. This means that players with the command:

1. Would be able to alter other players' signs;
   a. Town rule signs
   b. Property signs
   
2. Could alter server signs; and
   
3. Could alter shop signs
   

This would make it extremely hard, if not impossible, to track grief done with it. Although the Ancient pool isn't that big, it would still be a hassle trying to figure out who did what if someone were to start misusing the command.
