I'm confused. The player house at -8069, 3023 was there 2 1/2 months before you, you then proceeded to build within 27 blocks of them... did you know them or? Based on it's size it's not even eligible as a ''noob hut'' for removal..

Being claimed or not doesn't really matter. The big  thing here is that they have only been offline 30 days...

rule #5 of this thread is that a non-banned player must be offline 6 months to qualify.

Also, by the timestamps on their chests, they've been there since 6-28-20, and the oldest timestamp i can find on your chests is 7-17-20, so it seems they were there first...

But judging by this sign you left them, i'm guessing you already knew that.



You can't kick out someone who was there first. If anything, this player has the right to make you leave if they choose. Might want to /mail them and make sure it's ok that you've built 28 blocks from them without permission.

Message or mail? Because you can’t /msg a player who is not online. You have to /mail send theirname message to an offline player and they will receive the mail when they log in next.

Notes: my claim cube was built before the hut was created, but I didn't mention anything to them because they were outside of where I was going to build anyway. However, the claim cube I built wasn't right on the edge of my planned build, and I'll be building as close as 36 blocks away. Both my build and theirs are too old for any logs to remain.

The noob hut is technically 10x11, but I don't actually need it removed. I just need permission from staff to build that close, in case they come back online sometime.
