Why should you be unbanned (Why should we give you a second chance?): I believe I should be unbanned as I believe it may have been a misunderstanding and a false ban. I had recently gotten my new Eff V netherite pickaxe and thought now would be a good time to stock up on some diamonds and other mining materials. So therefore I went down to Deepslate and began frantically digging around in circles infront of myself opening up a large area at each time in the hopes of finding diamonds. Everytime i find a diamond i always angle myself in a slight different direction as in the past ive noticed that has given me the max oppourtunity to get diamonds which tends to work out pretty well in my favour. If you look in the area i was mining you will see my directions and tunnelling is pretty eratic and leads me to believe this may have been a misunderstanding.

Why do you want to come back: I want to come back as I find great enjoyment on this server and due to this I have also donated $30 to the upkeep of this server. I work 12 hours a day and i come on here to chill out and have a bit of fun not to be accused of using hacks which I am greatly against. I would like this to be swiftly dealt with and hopefully my ban reverted so i can continue playing on this great server.

I don't have a lot of time to give you a thorough reply, but I wanted to share with you a screenshot of the mining you did yesterday before you had the magic diamond finding pickaxe so you'd have a chance to change your story. Notice in the picture, you mined straight down to Y level -22, then started mining horizontally due South. Once you were directly above a cluster of diamonds, you cleared the deepslate beneath you to reveal the diamonds. You then mined horizontally leading you directly to the next cluster of diamonds. After mining these diamonds, you turned West and mined downward leading you to the next closest cluster only 7 blocks away. These weren't lucky finds. You knew the diamonds were there and you mined directly to them.

I made a note to watch your mining activity after witnessing this yesterday. When you resumed mining today with your new pickaxe, you did try to cover your x-ray by mining a bit wildly, but it was clear you knew which direction to mine. You were being watched by multiple staff while you were mining today. Before you would mine to the next diamond ore, you would look around in all directions to see which were the closest.
