Why should you be unbanned (Why should we give you a second chance?): I, out of my own selfish greed, used a x-ray to obtain ores unfairly. I have wasted Ben's time and whatever other staff who helped him. I knew what I was doing. I knew it was wrong. I knew the consequences. I have learned a valuable lesson for further on my journey through life. The rewards from doing something wrong are no where near worth the consequences. There is absolutely no justifying what I did. Again it was out of my own selfish greed. I hope someone reads this and this at least fixes a little bit of something.

Why do you want to come back: This is the first server I have actually spent time on. The reason for this is because of the great community. I have made so many prime memories on this server that I will never forget. I loved everyone on this server and it hurts to realize I will never see them again.

You seem to be well aware of what you did and that it was wrong. Before you can be unbanned, I would like for you to answer a few questions for other staff and me to look over when we consider your ban appeal.

1. Why do you think we have a zero-tolerance policy on x-ray, including any x-ray-like mining activities?

2. How does x-raying and x-ray-like mining affect other players? How does it affect shop owners? How does it affect the server's economy as a whole?

3. Why should a second chance be given to someone who was well aware of the rules and chose to break them anyway?

Also, I received word that you may have tried to evade your ban by logging on with a different account. Would you like to speak to that?

Hi DiamondBlockBen,
it has been some days. Not sure if you will read this but I just recently been reflecting upon my decisions. About the different account, if that account was "WindestPlace63" that is a relative and I plead you unban them. We have played together at the same time which I'm sure you were online to see. I would hate for someone to get banned because of my own wrong doing. Here are the answers to your questions.

1. The reason for a zero-tolerance ban is for the simple fact you know what you are doing. There is no reason or excuse for x-raying. It is for your own wealth and greed.

2. X-raying affects players by the distribution of fake, illegal goods obtained with X-ray. It poses a unfair advantage to other players and shop owners. If everyone could X-ray the economy would collapse.

3. There is no concrete reason why you should or should not. It is out of your own moral judgement rather a player should be or not be. To be honest, I can't think of an answer for this one rather than the one I have given. I don't really want the "10gauge_shotgun" account to be unbanned. I came here to set things right for my sibling and to undo the damage I've done.

I had recently found a message juan sent me about an operation he/her, decker, and someone else was doing to get me unbanned. Please tell them, if they have not done it yet, to not do it and that I asked. After careful reconsideration and reflecting upon I have realized what I did was wrong and I'm asking for a second chance. The mail I received changed everything and I wish to be brought back.

Alright, we've discussed your request amongst the team, and we've reached our verdict.

Considering your responses to Ben's questions that you answered previously, we've agreed that you seem to understand the consequences your actions can have when you x-ray, and since you've been honest and straight forward with us from the beginning, owning your actions and not making excuses, we've decided to give you a second chance.

As per our protocol with x-ray ban appeals, we have confiscated all of your diamonds, diamond ores, diamond wares and other products made from diamonds, and your balance has been reset to $0.
