Finally had some time to respond and please remember that messaging me every day will only slow this process down. I've been busy both irl and on the server and hope you understand that I'll rather focus on helping players who play by the rules.

Now reading your appeal, I'm disappointed, after you've been jailed for reselling, and warned for it, you went again to the exact shop where I warned you last time. After I banned you, you evaded your ban and even grief a player's base on that account (if I'll decide to give you a second chance, you'll have to appeal your second ban too).

Considering all this, your ban appeal is really low effort, I do understand that English is not your first language so if you think you can write better one in different language, feel free to do so, we can later translate it. I don't really see you regretting your actions (the fact you did this at least 3 times makes it really clear that you don't care about other players and that you are driven just by selfishness) and reason to give you second chance: " I love this server I wanna be a richest person of this server." is bit concerning for me, not the first part, I also love our server but the second part about you wanting to be the richest player, considering what you got banned for is concerning. I'm now afraid that you gonna break rules again to gain money.

Also not just that reselling won't make you rich, it will also get you in trouble if you don't read the shop rules and players won't like you if you abuse their pricing or buying out cheap stock just to flip it for profit, so players now don't have cheap resources for their projects.

From all I said, I'm pretty sure you understand that your appeal is far from enough for me to even consider giving you second chance, so here are some questions that I want you to answer for me (and put effort into it, again, if you want, use use your language.):

1) why are you reselling?

2) why you don't read rules at shops?

3) why despite being jailed and warned for reselling you continue with breaking these rules?

4) I told you not to resell from that one specific shop, why you went back and was reselling again from that shop?

5) how do you think shop owners feel when you so selfishly resell from their shops?

6) do you think players are happy that you buy out all the cheap shops and they can't get resources for their projects?

7) why should I give you a second chance (not why you want back, but why we should want you back on the server)?

After long consideration, I've decided to deny your appeal. You broke reselling rule at least 3 times, you evaded your ban and during your ban evasion you even did small grief. After being banned, you kept breaking these appeal rules:

2. Use effort: Moderators want to unban you, but not unless you actually put some effort into trying to get unbanned. Write a detailed appeal explaining what you did wrong, why it was wrong, and what you should've done instead. Make us want to unban you. One or two sentences makes us want to deny your appeal.

5. Be patient and mature: if you explode on us or disrespect us, you won't get unbanned. Period. Also, make sure that you patiently wait for a staff member to review your appeal. Posting "Hello? Anyone there?" over and over will not make the process any faster.

6. No asking for staff to review your appeal: this includes getting your friend to ask staff to review your appeal, or logging in on an alt and asking staff to review your appeal. ANY ban circumvention using alts will result in a ban on the alt and a 7-day ban added onto your ban if you get unbanned! Don't do it!

I understand that it might be bit difficult to use the forums for the first time, so I've decided to help you, spending hours of my free time trying to help you with how to post the appeal, how to reply to it, how to log in, how to reset password, how to create account...

I've also put quite some effort into my reply and your first reply to that was a single sentence... Completely ignoring what I wrote down and I even, despite the fact that I should not do that, messaged you on discord to tell you to update your response, to which you told me ok, but did not updated the response, instead you continued (yes, there were many instances of this before) asking me to unban you and/or review your response.

When you finally answered my questions, you decided to call me 4 times on discord, just minutes after posting it. (this also wasn't the first instance of you trying to call me on discord to get my attention).

And your response? Considering the effort I put in my reply and the time I spent helping you, really low effort. And while I'm happy about you at least being honest, replies like "I thought u will send me in jail only" and "I thought you will not notice and it will make me rich" just shows that you are willing to break the rules if you think there will be no consequences.

So to sum up, you broke rules, you evaded your ban, you spammed me with messages and calls on discord and you put no effort into your ban appeal (and we even offered you to write it in different language). Your appeal is denied and you are welcomed to try again in future.
