appeal for bann removal
#1
Server you were banned on (SMP/Discord): SMP

Minecraft username: .MartialGod17/.Backscythe850

Reason for your ban (exactly what it says when you try to log in!): dont know exactly as i lost my microsoft account password and now am fully unable to use that account anymore(maybe said griefing and pet killing and phalic builds)

Who banned you: SelfAwareDorito

Why should you be unbanned (Why should we give you a second chance?): i am gonna be honest, theres no reason to let me come back considering how horrible actions i've commited and how many time at that. but still im gonna request for the appeal because a friend of mine encouraged me to do so and helped me bring back fate in never giving up. so here i am today appealing once again, this is maybe my 4th appeal if am not wrong. i will not say "i wont do such things ever again", but i will promise that ill try to be better.

Why do you want to come back: ever since i left the server a long time ago(not so long either) i looked into multiple other servers too to find a good place to stay, but none of em were my type, some were either too modified then some were too vanilla, some were pay2win so some had version compatibily issues. there were also some with too much strict comunity and some with too less rules. at the end of the day i couldnt find a server that was not too modified or not too simple, balanced rules and regulation other than hometown. so i decided to come back here once again. i dont care wether it takes weeks or months to aproave my appeal or wether i need to stay banned from the smp for a month. i will take on any punishments im given, i shall not back off or give up and i will return back with a clean record. english is not my first language so pls be considerate of it if i was unable to express smth correctly

thanx for your precious time to readig it out Smile

Hi Martialgod17/Blackscythe850

Thank you for your appeal.

To start off, this appeal will be focusing on your previous ban as well as ban evading on a separate account.

Your original account was banned for "grief and killing owned animals." When I presented you with some questions, your response was "Guess I'm a bad guy then. Go ahead, bann me permanently as I'm not suitable here."

I would like to give you one last chance to right your wrongs, but want to make it clear that you will need to put effort into your responses. With this in mind, please answer the following questions:
  • Reflecting on your past bans and warnings, what do you think has been the root cause of your rule-breaking behavior, and how do you plan to change it?
  • Why should we trust that you won’t break the rules again, given your history?
  • Why did you choose to evade your ban instead of taking responsibility and going through the appeal process properly?
If you could please answer each question with at least 3 sentences, that would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers,
SelfAwareDorito

1. Reflecting on your past bans and warnings, what do you think has been the root cause of your rule-breaking behavior, and how do you plan to change it?
i assume the root of my behavior is taking rules and regulations too lightly and making decisions in a rush. ive realized that i often forget to remind myself of the rules,to fix this, ive decided to ask available staff members before taking any actions that affect the community or even personal decisions that might cause issues. As for rushing into things, i plan to slow down and take my time before committing to any task, whether it’s grinding for resources or getting involved in situations that could impact others.
2. Why should we trust that you won’t break the rules again, given your history?
You shouldn't trust that I won’t break the rules again if you’re only going by my past. but if you consider the present, you will see that time changes and people grow from mistakes. ive learned from mine and i will try to improve myself and doing better moving forward.
3. Why did you choose to evade your ban instead of taking responsibility and going through the appeal process properly?
i didn’t go through the appeal process because i had lost the courage to try again,I doubted that i would be forgiven after being banned three times. But I missed this community so much that i couldn’t hold back and ended up evading the ban, hoping to just spend some more time with everyone. my reason for ban evasion is to two things: doubt and rushing, both of which I now recognize and am working to change.
