I'm hearing that with the 1.9.3 release Mojang will start blacklisting minecraft servers that don't obide by the EULA, should we be worried?
UPDATE: if I'm correct so far its only large servers they are targeting
and people can report servers to moajng
I'm scared

That has been in their terms and service thing since forever. I have already heard they shut down a few other servers because of it. Even before the 1.9 release. Some are saying it's a scare tactic. Others say it'll be implanted and watched more now since Microsoft took over MC. Time will tell.

It depends, For a while they had the EULA terms of service and from what i see there is nothing wrong with our server its perfectly fine nothing to be worried about. People reporting servers isn't going to hurt us because they have to have good proof to be able to shut us down.

Someone told me that the EULA rule is that like, you cant have donator ranks that give in game advantages like /fly idek But thats basically every single minecraft server so wtf
