He built the roads on the old world that left spawn; we've asked if he'd be interesting in starting them again before the server opens up.

Basically, there's a good amount of infrastructure on the old world that was player-built, so we've impressed said players into our efforts to setup the server.

If you see any players who are not staff on the server during this setup period, they helped design or build some part of the old world that we need repeated.  That being said, we're not accepting applications to aid us; we're coming to players with the requests.

Few quick questions.

I know you said we'll be able to use the warps in the old world with warp old______, but how about homes? What's happening with those? Are they being reset or staying as is for us to do whatever with?

There's going to be an admin shop to get money into the economy, right? What kinds of things will it sell/buy, and how long will it be implemented for?

Thanks so much for answering questions, Star, and thanks to everyone for setting up the server. At first I was horrified by the idea of a reset, but I think it's growing on me. I'm starting to see the benefits.

Also, LOVELOVELOVE Rowe's idea with the halfway warps. Perfect replacement for random tp. You're kinda gonna need something to help avoid builds uber close together.

If warps get reset. Will you keep a limit so no one buys 29 warps this time around?
