If you mean on the forums post then it's just decor, I've never seen "stars" anywhere on the server (besides The mod)

Ok
So
When enogh people rate your thread you either get a star, or lose one if he rating is bad. It doesn't mean anything besides the fact that it kinda says whether people like your posts or not
But all of the Forums mods are automatically 5 stars cause the forum mods are just that good
