After some contemplation, I have decided to build an Enderman XP farm. I am lucky to have the help of the wonderful Sky_Crazy and found ourselves running a marathon, building this farm in 4 hours.

This farm is extremely fast, because it is technically 2 farms side by side. Using pressure plate spawning pads and non-BUDing pistons, I was able to produce this hasty and reliable farm. 
Due to the high spawn rate and divided kill platform, it is even possible for 2 players to enjoy decent XP.
You will NEVER run out of enderman to kill, That is how fast it is.

Since I have too many people on the member list it will be crazy to type and cmodify all of them. so I have used passwords to lock the doors. First, click on the door, then use /cunlock (password) to unlock the door. You only need to do it once per login. The temporary password is 

i<3jellyend4ever!@

If you enter without buying access you will be banned
If you tell the new password inside the farm to another person you will be banned.
