The reason for your ban is because you created a duplication machine which is strictly against the rules.
If you want to be unbanned I want you to answer the following questions:
1. Why is duplicating items wrong?
2. What have you learned from this ban?
I am unsure if English is your first language so I will translate this into Chinese for you below as I did for your friend.

Because it is unfair to other players .
