I purchased VIP3 back in 2018 for the server under the name castasher, I changed my name to catasher & the VIP rank isn't showing up and I can't use any of the commands. I asked one of the mods online and they said I wasn't on the list of people who lost their VIP due to role changes so I'm very confused what happened. The prices on the website still show up discounted for me if that makes a difference.
