Where the server is giving 3,245,000$ back to the players!

There will be 10 winners of 1k, 9 winners of 5k, 8 winners of 10k, 7 winners of 25k, 6 winners of 50k, 5 winners of 75k, 4 winners of 100k, 3 winners of 150k, and 2 winners of 250k!

All these categories only accept ONE type of ticket, the regular Lottoversary Ticket which is shown as a white candle!

One other money category exists:
Including a 1,000,000 single winner jackpot!
The 1,000,000 category accepts both JACKPOT Tickets (Buyable Red Candle), and Regular Lottoversary Tickets! (White Candle)

i want to be completely honest with you guys because i know the rules are clear and lying or making excuses will only make it worse. I messed up big time today on my very first day on the server. I downloaded an xray texture pack out of stupid curiosity just to see how it works on a multiplayer server, and i logged in with it active. When i found those diamonds and typed "finally i have 10 diamonds" in the public chat, i was just being really immature and thoughtless. I realize now that Essayjinx was watching me in spectator mode, and i totally deserve the ban for breaking the fair play rules. Im not trying to make excuses at all, i just want to own up to my mistake and apologize for what i did.

I made a huge mistake by using xray on a survival server, it totally messes up the economy and its not fair to other players who actually put in hours to mine and grind for their resources honestly. I should have just played the game normally like everyone else, gone into caves with regular torches, and mined like I was supposed to. Instead i took a shortcut and cheated, which im really ashamed of especially since i ruined my reputation on the server right from the start. Ive already deleted the texture pack from my device completely. Im willing to do whatever it takes to make things right. If you want to wipe my inventory, clear my ender chest, or put me on probation so staff can keep an eye on me all the time, im completely okay with that. I just want a chance to start over, play fair, and be a good member of this community. I know I messed up but im hoping you will give me another chance to prove myself.

Why do you want to come back:
im really disappointed in myself for getting banned from HometownMC so quickly. I had been looking for a good active survival smp for a while, and this server seemed perfect because the community was friendly and the server runs so smoothly. But i messed up on my first day and now i really regret it. I want to start fresh, play completely fair, and build a proper base without any cheats or shortcuts. Id love to be a part of the community and enjoy the classic minecraft survival experience with everyone else. If you give me another chance, i promise to follow the rules and you will never see my name in the ban logs again. I def initely lear

Why should you be unbanned (Why should we give you a second chance?): I understand the decision made, and want to deeply apologize for using an X-ray texture pack. there is no justification for it, even while doing so I felt as if i shouldn't, knowing it was wrong, but still did. Again, would like to apologize to the server as a whole. Since my last log in, i had removed and deleted the pack. There is no excuse for it. Its my first time playing minecraft in a few years, and seeing my friends being more successful and rich despite putting the effort in made me jealous, and my envy has taken me away from them.
i would understand the choice to not give  a second chance, however if I was to get one id be sure to make up for my exploits as much as i can. 

Why do you want to come back: In all honestly, the community is one of the best i have seen so far, Hometown has created a welcoming and relaxing space that i find myself invested in. in all honestly, the thought of being banned makes me miss the server, as well as my friends who recommended it to me. More than anything, id like to come back to show myself how to take it slow, putting in the effort and getting something rewarding out of it rather than using cheep tricks to make the game less rewarding and fun. I miss playing with my friends, and feel regret that my actions are the reason my ability to play with them in a server they like is gone. 

If i was given another chance, id want to give back to the community and server in whatever way appropriate. I understand the advantage, unfairness and affect my actions have on other people, and would be willing to repay whoever i could, returning all the items and money i gained.

Why do you want to come back: In all honestly, the community is one of the best i have seen so far, Hometown has created a welcoming and relaxing space that i find myself invested in. in all honestly, the thought of being banned makes me miss the server, as well as my friends who recommended it to me. More than anything, id like to come back to show myself how to take it slow, putting in the effort and getting something rewarding out of it rather than using cheep tricks to make the game less rewarding and fun. I miss playing with my friends, and feel regret that my actions are the reason my ability to play with them in a server they like is gone. 

If i was given another chance, id want to give back to the community and server in whatever way appropriate. I understand the advantage, unfairness and affect my actions have on other people, and would be willing to repay whoever i could, returning all the items and money i gained.

However, I do like the server and I feel like if I were to come back I could try to make it better with my own "charm" and my enjoyment of the kind of community. I try to make and do things that help the server as a whole for the most part, and have plans in the future for something very fun for the server if I do get unbanned. I got greedy and made a stupid choice (a few stupid choices actually) but I did a bit of an interesting thing to rectify that (further down in appeal). Also, Given that I only xrayed for diamonds then sold them, to rectify it, I'll just pay back the money I got from selling the diamonds to the person I sold them to, then everything should be back as it was before.

Why do you want to come back: I want to finish my casino, complete my contract I had with Rot, Finish Nooberg (and make it better), continue helping new players, and not let the 45$ I spent on VIP3 go to waste because I made one (or two) stupid decision(s). I do like this server and am considering trying to make some content on it in the future. I was a bit rash in saying "I'm not burdened by not being allowed back" mainly due to me being a bit irritable recently due to external factors. I might possibly do some livestreams and some videos to try to get back into YouTube. Free advertising for you, free content for me, and all sorts of neat stuff for everyone all around. After all, I'd treat it as my retirement from PvP, so I can have a more chill place to vibe and just kinda settle down in a cool and fun community of peeps that actually get along. Every server I've usually played on is just fueled by conflict, so having a server directly the opposite definitely is neat.


My extra note before you continue this appeal (Please read):
Because of my last appeal's denial, I'd like to first apologize for being a bit of a smartass in my first appeal. I was annoyed at being treated like basically a child, for incorrectly thinking that my appeal was assumed to being AI generated (which it wasn't, nor is this one), and have had some pent up emotional stress from certain IRL things that've happened relatively recently so it kind of bubbled over into me being a bit of a jerk, so I'm sorry for my attitude, cause as uber said, this isn't the place to be a smart-ass.
However, I do stick by my statements of "publicly viewable appeals are weird" however given that according to Uber, "Players don't mock others for appealing" I guess it's not as bad as I assumed it'd be. I'm used to the PvP community and how toxic, aggressive, and quick to insult they tend to be, especially towards people that have to appeal a cheating ban of any kind, so excuse my expectations on that one specifically. I've played PvP for almost 12 years at this point so the concept of "people hate me for just existing" kind of is drilled into my brain, so my annoyance with the public appeal process stems from the concept of disliking "public humiliation" and that's about it, so yeah sorry for that too.

Also, I did say something specific in my last appeal about how "I don't want to have to do schoolyard punishments like writing "I will not xray" on 100 signs" and I stick by that statement wholeheartedly. Nobody should have to write "I Will Not Xray" on 100 signs.
So I didn't.

I got greedy and wanted to make as much money as possible as fast as possible, so I circumvented the "being legit" part and just went from point A to Z. I was getting tired of having to just RTP around and pray to find a cave in res that hadn't been cleaned out completely, so yeah I did the stupid. However, I like the vibes and community of this place, so if I do get unbanned, I won't be doing that again. Deleting all the funny see thru things packs and keeping myself fair and balanced. (Also I'll be repaying the 100k or so I earned from selling diamonds back to the person I sold them to, if that hasn't happened already.) Plus I'm considering creating a better version of Nooberg and making that as my sort of "main project" after my Casino is finished, so I can give more back to charity. But hey, if I don't get unbanned, that's honestly completely justified. I dislike cheaters myself, being a former pvper, so I can understand the distain for anyone trying to break the system.

Why do you want to come back: This was going to be my sort of "Retirement" server from PvP. I like the vibes of the people and the insane creativity of the community, and am frankly kind of happy that this server has such a locked down anticheat and anti exploit system that they can know people are doing stupid stuff while not even online. That kind of server is really what I've been looking for in terms of a "retirement server". It's far better than most servers I've played with similar premises. Also I'd like to come back eventually so I can finish the rest of my casino and build Rottentinfoil the penthouse suite I have a contract with them for, and to be able to continue to help new players get their footing. I honestly really like this place, and am sorry for deciding to break the rules. Also I was considering starting to make content on this server or streaming it when I'm online, that way both free advertising for the server, I might get some following, and I can prove to being legit all the time. Otherwise I'll likely just go back to PvP, as that's kind of the only real thing I've been good 
at.
