Why should you be unbanned (Why should we give you a second chance?): Firstly, I'm sorry. I got those items and it was actually really dumb of my part getting them. When SelfAwareDorito notified me, I wanted to answer but I needed to leave the game for some minutes and when I returned I was already banned. If I was unbanned, I would be happy to give all the items I got, back, and I promise I'll be more cautious than that, as I already did some other mistakes like that.

Why do you want to come back: The server has a active player base, which is kinda rare for a smp like this and I was already making some "friends". I would be sad to lose this being dumb...

Why should you be unbanned (Why should we give you a second chance?):

First, I’d like to start with saying this appeal will be considerably shorter, even more so after rewriting it, after a brief exchange with a Staff member.

Since a majority of the last appeal was rather irrelevant due to the context being me talking about why I did what I did it can be mostly disregarded, however, I pasted in a quote from Nether’s reply to my first appeal, since I believe it sums up the central issue rather well:

“You wrote, "I enjoy finding creative solutions and that does clash with what the events usually stand for." We appreciate the honesty of that statement because we believe it accurately summarizes the concern staff have reached over time. Creative problem solving is not inherently a negative quality. In many situations, it is an asset. However, competitive server events rely on participants agreeing to solve challenges within the intended rules and mechanics established by the event organizers. Your appeal repeatedly demonstrates an approach that can be summarized as, "If the game allows it, I will use it unless I am explicitly prevented from doing so." That philosophy fundamentally conflicts with the spirit of events that are designed around fairness and equal conditions for every participant.”

The fact I enjoy finding creative solutions to situations hasn’t changed.
That being said, the choices I make with that knowledge will/have. Rewriting this I realised I never even apologised. It was my choice to use anything I found. If it was the /lay at the PvP event, the lunge swapping, wind charges and Swift Sneak 6 (which after I looked at the actual stats realised were a 100% or 2* boost (0.45 to 0.9)) in the maze or the absolute Over-Overkill during Killathon. I'm sorry for all of those, in the moment, I didn't think about what it would feel like for the people who planned all of it and who played it – as Nether’s reply mentioned – thinking (or in this case not thinking) about the spirit of the event.

While I may believe some things could have been done differently, that statement can also be reflected back at me and be ten times as true.

In the end I messed up too many times and it most definitely wasn’t worth being banned over, especially not after the temp ban.

I did choose to use the loopholes. I did not think about what it would feel like for others. I am sorry for that and I will do my absolute best to not let it happen again.

Why do you want to come back:

This one really hasn’t changed much.
Getting to be back with people I’ve got to know, and meeting new faces won’t get old, it’s honestly what I’d look forward to the most if I’m unbanned. Christmas is coming around and I would like to participate in the Secret Santa event once more (Yes Santa’s Village is a bonus, I’d be lying to say I’d not look forward to that as well).
Or in a single sentence: “I miss HT and would like to see the server again.

Oh yeah, a few more slightly unrelated things:

Same deal as my last appeal, pre-written in Microsoft Word and then pasted into the forums, no AI used (except if you count Word’s Grammar Tool as AI).
I was also wondering if my bedrock (.Feuerstern44245) account got banned, I would assume so, but I didn’t want to test it in case it wasn’t which would count as ban evasion. If so, then this appeal is also for the bedrock, though that is more or less self-explanatory.

Again I apologised, I don't know what else you want me to do the only way for me to full exhibit my change is to actually be unbanned, secondly I will give you truth, yes as I said I had consumed a lot of media, why? because I see the ethnic replacement of European and White people globally, 100 years ago White's were 33% of the population now they are 7%.. What on earth do you think is going to happen to Europeans in another 50 years? That Swastika was an outburst of my own observations, yes I am matured and do not agree with Nazism, Will you disavow Stalin and Communism who killed more than Hitler? I'm sure you wouldn't get banned if you said "I love Stalin" in Hometown or made a Hammer and Sickle..

Regarding the whole Nazism, I am not a Nazi and will never be, I love Russian people and Slavic people too. And they themselves are under the assault of NATO's petulance warping the minds of Ukrainians now making brothers fight each other killing one another in a meaningless battle. Ukraine was apart of Russia only 34 years ago. I simply want to protect white people from the agenda. I respect all nationalities and races, but there comes a time where you must protect your own people too. Yes I accept my naivety and belligerence towards others speaking other language, I accept that I am not perfect and I am trying to do better. You see what has been done in Palestine too? MAY GOD PROTECT ALL NATIONS AND MAY THEY BE DISTINGUISHED IN THEIR NATURE, CULUTRE AND BLOOD, SEPERATE BUT UNIFIED IN GOODNESS AND LOVE,

But please free your mind and give an honourable player another chance.

Why should you be unbanned,
Hello dear Hometown, my favourite server. I miss you all so much, I am sorry for what I have done. I have to come to terms that my actions have offended people. I was an edgy kid trying to attention seek and in the process I hurt people through my selfishness, bringing in controversy creating hate symbols for my own reasoning and also having verbally offended other people talking other languages on the server.

I promise I will never bring up politics or target a group of people for their identity, sorry for all the pain I have done, I was a naïve person, this showed when I tried to play with another account, it's not good. I have to accept the consequences of my action, it showed poor impulse control and that signals to admin and staff that I was still a risk and that was right to ban me 100%. And with that I now am trying to be good and practice discipline and honor. I am trying to be healthy and be kind to others. I want to keep my word like a righteous person.

Nether Ruler had all the right to forsake me from Hometown. And I understand if I will not be given grace but I thank you for the communication and opportunity to grow and learn. I am changed I know I have to accept also I have consumed too much internet and media that affected my brain, this is not an excuse but I am aware that I must have a strong mind and a good heart. The world is too complex for me to have such attitudes. My heart feels bad for all of this that I have done, I was never meant to hurt people I shouldn't have. I just want to minecraft from now on
The steps I will take to not do this again is
No politics! No targeting of other peoples languages, I will keep to myself and try be humble and help new players and grow community not hate. I want to and return to the family of hometown

Why do you want to comeback:
I love everything about this server, the world, the players and staff they are all kind and feels like a family in this server. I just hope to return to this server I call family as reality can be lonely and with work and such this is my space to relax and forget about everything and be with players from across the globe. Hello dear Hometown, my favourite server. I miss you all so much, I am sorry for what I have done. I have to come to terms that my actions have offended people. I was an edgy kid trying to attention seek and in the process I hurt people through my selfishness, bringing in controversy creating hate symbols for my own reasoning and also having verbally offended other people talking other languages on the server.

I promise I will never bring up politics or target a group of people for their identity, sorry for all the pain I have done, I was a naïve person, this showed when I tried to play with another account, it's not good. I have to accept the consequences of my action, it showed poor impulse control and that signals to admin and staff that I was still a risk and that was right to ban me 100%. And with that I now am trying to be good and practice discipline and honor. I am trying to be healthy and be kind to others. I want to keep my word like a righteous person.

Nether Ruler had all the right to forsake me from Hometown. And I understand if I will not be given grace but I thank you for the communication and opportunity to grow and learn. I am changed I know I have to accept also I have consumed too much internet and media that affected my brain, this is not an excuse but I am aware that I must have a strong mind and a good heart. The world is too complex for me to have such attitudes. My heart feels bad for all of this that I have done, I was never meant to hurt people I shouldn't have. I just want to minecraft from now on
The steps I will take to not do this again is
No politics! No targeting of other peoples languages, I will keep to myself and try be humble and help new players and grow community not hate. I want to and return to the family of hometown

Why do you want to comeback:
I love everything about this server, the world, the players and staff they are all kind and feels like a family in this server. I just hope to return to this server I call family as reality can be lonely and with work and such this is my space to relax and forget about everything and be with players from across the globe. I met some of my best buddies on here. I hope you all have a lovely day and I wish good health for all thank you for reading.
