Why should you be unbanned (Why should we give you a second chance?): I really love playing on this server with my son and I am genuinely confused about this ban. I have been hyper aware of my actions ever since my ban appeal for X-ray. I have been asking staff for clarification on almost everything I do. I spent a majority of my time back on the servr building a community trial chamber enterance in the community mine. I used my balance to buy materials to create this build and continued expanding the community mine tunnel. I haven’t done any exploring outside of the res world and res end I only recall taking items from designated “free/ server resource areas that I was directed to by staff or community. The only thing I can possibly think that I could be at fault for is taking 2 stacks of food out of the warp food (one for me and one for my son) which I didn’t think was an issue. I really am sorry that I don’t know what it is that was taken, it must of been something I wasn’t aware was private items or something I had no intention of causing issues by touching. Whatever the items are I would be more than happy to return them as it was never my intention to take someone else’s stuff. I hope with all my heart that this is something that I can clear up as I have been trying so hard to be totally within the rules of the server. 

Why do you want to come back: I said it before so I don’t want to sound like I’m saying the same thing as before but I genuinely enjoy this server. I’ve been making relationships with lots of players on the server and have been asking for input on every move I make and have been getting tons of positive feedback. I’ve also been getting my build materials from shops around the server or straight from other player. I know that I am under a microscope after my poor decisions from the last appeal, I’m still sorry for that and was trying to make things up to the community which is why this second ban is quite confusing. I feel terrible that I’ve been banned a second time and I hope I won’t have to explain to my son again that I can’t play on the server we have a great time on. Hello, 5 months later upon my initial ban, I apologise for my offensive creations and offensive words against different types of people. I love this server so much, I am sorry for my past I want to show I'm a better person.

I wrongly insulted a group of people and built offensive symbolism. I will no longer do such actions! I will no longer discuss politics or anything divisive!

Why should you be unbanned (Why should we give you a second chance?): So first of all the main reason I wanna be unbanned is because the server means the world to me it's my relaxation the only time I feel good around people and the only time I feel like I'm living I'm doing something and I just wanted to prove myself by showing how good of a person I am I just wanted to be appreciated and to make friends. Second of all I'm very sorry for using x-ray, I just wanted to make money to be able to achieve my goals like building something big and very cool for people to see and appreciate but yeah I'm just dumb for going on that path for choosing x-ray and for not having the patience to do those things like all people do.

Why do you want to come back: The main reason I wanna come back is because I wanna show you guys that was only a mistake I'm not that kind of a person I'm not a bad person I'm a very good person and I like talking to people and helping them and it was just a dumb mistake and i did that without thinking about the consequences. I promise you and I will show you that I deserve the second chance and I won't do anything bad or anything that will cause problems I'll just follow the rules and enjoy the time with you guys. At first i tried to defend myself because i didn't wanted to lose my progress and for that I'm really sorry.
And I know why x-ray is not allowed on this server as it compromises fairness in-game and I promise I won't be using that ever again
And I also know that doing this again will result in permanent ban and really don't want that and i just want to play fairly and enjoy the server again.

I used x-ray, and I know that was wrong. there's no excuse for it, and I regret it deeply. I understand that rules exist to keep the game fair for everyone, and by breaking them I damaged the trust of the staff and players. I regret that more than anything. If I'm given another chance, I promise to play fair, follow all rules, and prove through my actions that I've learned from this mistake. I'm more than willing to accept any conditions, warnings, or take what've got unfair if needed.

Why do you want to come back: This server and SMP honestly mean a lot to me. I've spent so much time here, met great people, and genuinely love being part of this community. The reason I made such a bad decision is that I wanted to organize an in-game event for Valentine's day and didn't have the money or resources to do it properly. It’s really the only thing I do in my free time (which I don’t have a lot of), and I have many projects that took days and even months to complete that can’t be properly replicated on other servers or in personal worlds. The community and the way the server is run is also something I’ve never found to be matched by other servers I’ve experienced. Regarding the use of X-ray, the decision came from needing money to finish a project I had already spent months working on, not from a lack of respect for the server or its rules.

I am not trying to excuse what happened, and I understand why the rule exists. I have learned from this situation and, if given another chance, I will follow the rules carefully. I want to show that I can play fairly and be a positive part of the community.

I really enjoyed playing on HomeTownSMP and had spent a lot of time progressing, building, and interacting with other players. I liked the community and the server environment, and I would like the opportunity to continue playing properly and rebuild trust by following the rules from now on.
