It seems as though I spelled the word “blossom” incorrectly on the sign, but I’m too lazy to fix it and redo the screenshots. Lol Fixing it after I post this though. But I’ve been on this server for about 2 weeks now I think. Something like that. Here’s what I’ve done so far.

check this link out its just a schematic editor

Now the edits include:

room enough on plots for claiming
personal farm
front yard(with fences)
back yard(no fence)
first floor (1 room)
second floor(1 bedroom)
top layer(just to hang out/have a farm if u want to keep the farm or not its up to u)
the roads are also wider (now 3 blocks wide) this will allow street signs
DOORS!!

Other things to know about the slums:

we have a rules board(thanks to ThatOneWolfe)
we have a new co-mayor/assistant ign: "epic" something like that (NOT AN OFFICAL RANK IN TOWN) he just has full access to it at the moment while we build the town (I STILL OWN THE TOWN 100%)
Population is currently: 12 (i believe lol it keeps growing)

If anyone would like to suggest features or would like to help make this upcoming town better as it develops please do so or do any of these things:
1. use the voting system and use name: svgma (I do not think this is against the rules but if it is ill edit it out if told to) this will help me level up inorder to create a warp
2. become part of the community and join the town, all u need to do is select an open house then do /pay svgma 100 next put a sign above the entry way and its ur house (this will make the population of the town larger, I will update the sign MYSELF when i notice new members, IF I AM NOT ONLINE DO NOT TRY GETTING A HOUSE THIS IS CALLED GREIFING BECAUSE U DO NOT HAVE PERMISSION TO MESS WITH STUFF)
3. become a donator to the slums and do /pay svgma and pay whatever u want to donate (i will add a way to donate while i am offline probally with chests)

After hours upon hours upon HOURS of suffering through the infamous /warp PortalParkour I thought to myself, Hey... what would it feel like if I caused people an equal amount of soul-shattering pain?

So I did just that (with a bit of decorative help. I'm a monster, not an artist).

Introducing, /warp Hellkour (or /warp Hellcour for those of you who like to spell things fancy)

Yep.. you heard (read?) me right. 100 THOUSAND smackeroo's.

Few ground rules:
1.) Please, don't cheat. If I catch you cheating, you'll be banned from the warp until the contest is over (once it's over I don't really care). If you catch someone cheating, please do let me know. This includes potions (not including regen or fire res, those are fine), soul speed, beacon effects, fly, scaling the walls, etc. ANY ADDON THAT ALTERS THE WAY THAT YOU MOVE IS CONSIDERED CHEATING
2.) Keep your anger and frustrations in either /party or PMs. I'm happy to accept your rage, just keep the "AHHHHHH I HATE THIS" out of global. Thx
3.) Don't use your soul speed boots. I get that it's a game mechanic, but the parkour was meant to be completed without the use of any addons
4.) Just don't be a dick. I'm not going to overly specify this rule, but chances are if you have to ask yourself "Is this being a dick?" It probably is.
5.) My word is final. Please don't argue with me about rules concerning the parkour. If I ask you not to do something, chances are I have a reason for it. Thanks

After the tremendous success of portal parkour, I've decided that five days just isn't an acceptable length of time to be trapped inside of a parkour map. For those of you who cried a river of tears in the cakewalk known as portal parkour, I will now proudly announce Pengu Parkour. The parkour to end all friendships, keyboards, and sanities. My magnum opus. A mere 15x15 block square stretching from y=0 to build height, filled to the brim with parkour. No Checkpoints.

Oh, and there's no floor. I tried to get some early reviews of the map but :/

I'm hoping to have this map out before Christmas; once it is I will be handing out a reward to the first to complete it.

I love the way it looks from here and the way it dwarfs the town is going to be really cool! Definitely adds a lot to the area. Feel free to sell me any and all building materials you can think of, I'll surely need them.

I don't know as to whether this qualifies as an actual build or not but a lot of building was required for it so I'm posting it anyways.
Basically what I did is I used maps to recreate a screenshot of gameplay from the original SMB game. Every single pixel was placed in exactly the same spot as the screenshot. This took 4 maps to create and it was extremely difficult putting everything in the exact spot it needed to go.

With 4 private runways and hangers to compliment, and a sub-deck workshop, living quarters and hidden hangers, what more could you ask? Fancy pictures maybe? well I've got those for you!But now, I can proudly say, the exterior of the helicarrier is ready and complete

Hey everyone, so I have decided to open a new shop to the server and Bare Basics is the name.

Have you been on the server and struggled to find an item and every shop you go to is sold out?

Does it ever seem like every shop you go too is either too big, laggy, and confusing to find anything?

Does it ever feel like every shop you go has no aesthetic and its completely unorganized?

Well, do we have the solution for you!!! /warp BareBasics opening December 21st of 2018 is the one stop shop for, you guessed it, the bare basics. This store offers the basic woods, stones, and other items you need for that next building project. Or to find that item you have been hunting for. Each section of our shop will have a list of what is down that way so you never get confused or get lost trying to find that special item. We will have weekly specials, the shop fully restocked every 2 weeks and an ever-expanding roster of store goods and items. This is the place to go when every other store feels barren.

Our first stage will include basic woods, stones, and dirt to the public for great prices and great services. with future expansions adding more products.

It's been a bit of time since I've helped run a town, yet it is on this server I find myself as a mayor of the town I am most excited to deliver to a server community. Kelowna is quickly becoming a community of excellent builders and great people. So, without further adieu - here is the only major forum plug i'll do of the town. This can also serve as an information and discussion thread for the town as well.

Kelowna is a town on the Hometown Server (Who would’ve guessed) that currently has 37 residents residing in it (as of 22 November 2018). Established on the 9th of November, it opened its doors on the 15th of the month. Featuring a town hall, town farms, a town mine and a growing network of free food dispensers, Kelowna is an ideal town for new players as well as those more experienced on the server.

A passionate and experienced staff ensure that settling into the town is as seamless as possible with rapid yet controlled growth ensuring that the natural charm of the town is maintained alongside an active and flourishing community. The town features a national park with walking trails and campgrounds with soon to be added parkour and rock climbing facilities. There will soon be a market area opening.

The rules of Kelowna are pretty stock standard and are as follows:

Don’t grief
Don’t steal other people’s staff
When using public farms, replant/breed what you intend to harvest
Be civil and respectful
Only build in areas where staff have allowed you to
There is a 20 block above plot height restriction. If you get permission from town staff, you can build higher though.
Town staff reserve the right to revoke your claim to a plot or an apartment if you are deemed to be inactive.

Inactivity policy is as follows:
For residents: You will not be removed from the town if you are inactive
For plot owners: If you are offline for over 30 days without sufficient reason given to staff, your claim to the plot may be revoked.
For apartment owners: If you are offline for over 14 days without sufficient reason given to staff, your claim to an apartment maybe revoked.

Communication in Kelowna:
Kelowna uses /party. If you are in the Kelowna Party you can talk in town chat by doing /p (msg) or can toggle between town chat and public chat. Kelowna also uses a discord, which you can join using this link: discord.gg/x63tJYC.

How do I get to Kelowna:

If you’re in the Kelowna Party you can simply to /party home
Otherwise or instead of that, you can use /warp kelowna
