Would it be possible to craft end crystals and respawn the ender dragon, or do we have to wait for the reset of the end? I don't wanna destroy anything.

I don't think you are ban. They might be doing something to the Server at the moment. Only 3 people have been on the server. It also has said that I am not Whitelisted either.
