I should be unbanned because i don't remember breaking anything after i said i wouldn't

i want to comeback to HomeTown SMP because i had a lot of friends and was working for a long time on a shop

Ah yes there you are. Ben has since retired from staff, so that's why I'm handling your appeal.

Looking back at your track record with us, you had griefed an ore at a shop, when I confronted you about it you said you "thought it was going to make you ask for permission". Then the next day you broke some diamond blocks at /warp diamond and landed in honeypot jail, Ben had a talk with you about that one. Then a few days later Ben found some more grief by you at /warp Raid and decided a 3rd warning about grief would do you no good, so here you are with a ban.

Yes, i do remember being being at the Raid warp because i needed XP but i don't remember breaking anything there, is there a way you can check exactly what type of block i broke?

The block logs from that long ago have been purged as part of our routine log clearings. As Ben has retired, I don't have access to his records of any ban evidence he may have collected. So the best we can do in this situation is just review the rules that breaking blocks that do not belong to us is considered grief and is not allowed, and consider your sentence time served.
